HKT-01b: Phang Nga Bay Tour by Cruise:
Full Day Tour (07:30 h. - 17:00 h., includes

This
exciting, all-day excursion takes visitors to the unique and
spectacular seascape of Phang Nga, one of nature’s most unusual
and beautiful locations, and the site of the 1974 James Bond
film “The Man With The Golden Gun,” (starring Roger Moore as 007
and Christopher Lee as the title character). From there, guests
depart from Laem Sai in a speedy luxury cruiser to enjoy more
amazing scenery including the dramatic limestone mountains of
Panak Island and Hong Island, before approaching Koh Tapu which
has become known as ‘James Bond Island.’ From there, the boat
outing continues through the mangrove and silent caves, with
cliff faces that seemingly rise majestically straight up from
the sea. An afternoon lunch will be served at Koh Pannyi (also
known as Sea Gypsy Island) which is built over the water on
stilts, before the day concludes with a tour to the dreamy
landscape of Koh Lawa Beach.

HKT-02: Phuket City Tour:

This
orientation tour is designed to give visitors to Phuket a nice
introduction to the island without forcing them to invest in a
full-blown excursion. The trip features a road tour that passes
by Phuket’s most famous beaches; a visit to the acclaimed
Chalong Temple; an outing to Phuket Town, famed for it’s
Portuguese architecture; and a chance to see the most famous
lookout point on the island - Promthep Cape. Additionally,
guests who like to shop will not be disappointed as stops at
local gemstone and cashew nut factories are also on the agenda.

HKT-03: Sea Canoeing in Phang Nga Bay:

This
full day of adventure and excitement begins as visitors
depart from Laem Sai Pier and jettison off to Phang Nga Bay
on a cruiser boat. Upon arrival, they will be able to
explore sea caves and tunnels, and lagoons by special
‘sea-canoes’ (it should be noted that professional canoeists
will accompany each boat to insure the safety of all
visitors). Upon returning to the cruiser, the adventurers
will enjoy a Thai buffet lunch on board while slowly
cruising to Lawa Island, where they can enjoy swimming,
canoeing or sun-bathing on the sandy beach, before returning
to Phuket

HKT-04: Similan Islands National Park:

The
Similan Islands National Park is a national marine park located
around 90 kilometers northwest of Phuket. Comprised of nine
islands, Similan has gained great fame as a prime diving
location and is consistently rated as one of the top
international dive sites in the world. With an abundance of
marine life, crystal clear water and attractive coral
formations, guests will marvel at the natural beauty as they
engage in a variety of activities including snorkeling or simply
relaxing on the white sandy beaches and enjoying a delicious
picnic lunch. Please note that this trip is only available from
late November until March.

HKT-05: Phi Phi Island:
Full Day Tour (07:30 h. - 17:00 h., includes lunch) |

This
amazing high seas adventure starts in the early morning as
guests set out by speedboat from the Boat Lagoon Pier to the
scenic Phi Phi Islands (Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Le), located
about 45 kilometers from Phuket. Sightseeing excursions include
Lho Sa Mah and Phi Ley cove as well as Maya Bay, where the 2000
film “The Beach” (starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Tilda Swinton)
was filmed. A chance to observe the majestic undersea world is
also available for guests who enjoy snorkeling. Two stops on
this trip - Bamboo Island and Khai Nai Island - are well known
for an abundance multicolored fish and other aquatic life.

White Water Rafting and Elephant Trek:

After getting picked up from your hotel, you’ll stop at the
Phang Nga Wildlife Breeding Center on your way to the Phang Nga
province. Once there, you’ll explore the Tone Pariwat Wildlife
Sanctuary Station and go white water rafting before enjoying
lunch at a local restaurant. Next, is a visit to an elephant
camp for a 30-minute trek through the jungle on one of these
majestic beasts. A ride on a one-wheel-drive vehicle, jungle
walking and swimming in the crystal clear water at Nature
Waterfall are other activities that can be enjoyed here. Soft
drinks, coffee or tea will be served before the return trip to
Phuket where you’ll be transferred to your hotel upon arrival.

HKT-07: Phuket Fantasea:

Phuket’s
most famous theme attraction combines a Las Vegas-style show
with elements of Disneyland, and magical illusions to make for
an unforgettable family experience. The main draw is an awesome
stage production based on Thai culture and history that features
four dimensional effects, acrobatics, stunts, pyrotechnics and
an 30 elephant circus. Before the show, guests will enjoy
shopping at the Festival Village, filled with high quality
products and locally made souvenirs. Other features on this
outing include cultural parades, craft demonstrations, and
elephant rides. Guests who select the optional dinner will enjoy
the food and atmosphere at the Golden Manohra restaurant.

HKT-11: Phuket Four-in-One

Travelers with a taste for adventure will enjoy this exciting
excursion featuring several fascinating glimpses of nature. The
outing begins with a four-wheel drive jeep ride to an elephant
camp on the Chalong highlands for a chance to ride these
majestic beasts and take in the superb island views. This trip
will also prove to be educational as well as adventurous, as
guests on the trek learn all about elephants and a conservation
project to protect them, and see how they are trained and cared
for. Next up is a jeep safari into the Chalong highlands with
more great views of Phuket Island and an opportunity to witness
a demonstration on how to make Thai jungle curry at a local Thai
house. This is followed by a visit to a rubber plantation to see
how natural rubber is produced and a fascinating look at how
monkeys are trained to pick coconuts for the locals. This
memorable tour concludes with a ride by a traditional buffalo
cart that takes guests to either a delicious buffet lunch or
dinner that everyone will surely enjoy.
